I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional in Texas. I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, panic, OCD, and addiction.

Seeking help takes courage, especially when you feel weighed down by worry and fear. I would be honored to accompany you on your mental health journey. The word most used to describe my approach is "patient". I will provide a safe space to help you heal, gently challenge you, and walk alongside you as you move towards greater self-confidence and peace. I can also provide a Biblical perspective at your request.

During our first session together, I will ask questions about your history, your symptoms, and your goals so that we can begin to form a treatment plan together that addresses your concerns and takes into account your unique personal experiences. During subsequent sessions, we will work together to uncover unhelpful patterns, thoughts, or behaviors that might be keeping you stuck, and work together to help you move forward in the most effective way for you. I will provide you with practical tools when needed, challenge you to take new steps forward when you're ready, and other times, it may be more beneficial for me to simply provide you a safe space to explore your emotions. I do not subscribe to a "one-size-fits-all" approach, and I will always provide you the space you need to simply "be" in the therapy room when "practical tools" aren't the answer. Sometimes, it's profoundly healing to simply exist in the same space with another person with the training and expertise to hear you. As we get to know one another, our sessions will begin to take the shape that works best for you and your personality, needs, and goals.
