About me
I am an experienced and passionate clinician dedicated to helping women and teen girls work through everyday life issues.
My role as a therapist is to provide support in a comfortable environment where clients can begin to figure things out and gain control of their lives. Through the process of therapy, clients can work to identify problems, find solutions, and make decisions that will bring about authentic and lasting changes.
I provide a safe, client-centered space that is compassionate and non-judgemental. Treatment for each client is personalized to meet the needs of each person, and that begins with meeting people right where they are.
My goal for all clients is to achieve greater self-awareness, increase personal growth, improve and overall well-being. Clients can expect to be heard, seen, understood, encouraged, and supported.
