I am an experienced psychotherapist specializing in family of origin issues, narcissistic family members, and trauma (all kinds). I work with adults 21-70.

As a therapist, I believe each of us has the right to become the best "us" we can be. Therapy can be very helpful in getting you "unstuck", "out of the gate", or "further down the road". Each person starts at a different place in their journey and has different goals. I am interested in your goals and how I can help you reach them. That may be "I want to feel better" or "I don't know what to do about (fill in the blank)" or "(fill in the blank) is stressing me out!". We will work together to determine the course and I will be here to help.
I tend to focus on what got you to where you are before we go forward. In my experience, it's essential and even better, it works. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story. I love hearing about people's lives. In all these years, I have never met a person I didn't find fascinating. I love to be able to help and sometimes be an eye-opener. I've been studying Psychology since high school and honestly, I don't know how anyone wouldn't find it fascinating! When a patient thanks me for helping them get a little (or a lot) better, then I know I'm on the right track. Some people just say I'm the first person who has really listened or cared and that's pretty big too.
I'm really passionate about what I do and I think you'll feel that and see how it helps you get where you want to be.
