At Evergreen Counseling, we utilize a wide variety of treatment approaches and tailor therapy to your individual needs and strengths in order for you to achieve realistic goals and feel you can handle whatever is thrown your way.

We believe that establishing a healthy, supportive therapeutic relationship and providing an environment where you feel safe and able to openly express yourself without feeling judged is critical to making progress in therapy.

We’re passionate about working with children, teens, adults, families, and couples experiencing emotional, behavioral, and/or situational difficulties including depression, generalized anxiety, trauma, phobias, panic attacks, communication difficulties, behavior issues, anger management, ADHD, disordered eating, stress management, bullying, grief & loss, life transitions, low self-esteem, parenting, vocational issues, and gender identity exploration/issues.
