I am a certified trauma professional working with children 3+, teens, and adults.

I will help you shift the way you process stressful circumstances and offer actionable tools to help you move the needle on your mental health, without judgment. I specialize in trauma treatment across the life span, offering play therapy to children (3+) and talk therapy to teens and adults who are ready to break the cycle of dysfunction from their past. I've also worked with people with substance use issues, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship/family issues, and criminal justice system involvement.
I offer office appointments in Fort Myers, home visits in Fort Myers/Cape Coral/Lehigh Acres, and remote sessions anywhere in Florida.
