Hi! I am a licensed psychologist offering individual and couples teletherapy to residents of Colorado and Texas. I specialize in working with those coping with trauma recovery, chronic medical conditions, grief and loss, and disordered eating concerns.

I approach therapy genuinely and compassionately. Trauma, life transitions, painful life experiences often leave us feeling disconnected to our bodies and emotions. I provide a brave, validating, and empowering space that allows you to feel heard while also challenging you to work through some of the tougher emotions. The goal of this style of therapy is to reconnect with yourself, others, and the feelings that you may have been given the message that you should not or cannot feel.

I focus very much on our therapeutic working relationship. We will talk about your present concerns and how they impact your daily life, such as relationships, physical health, cultural identities, and overall interactions in this very chaotic world. It is not uncommon for me in sessions to reflect on systems that perpetuate racism, sexism, and other forms of discrimination that absolutely impact your individual mental and physical health. My approach also includes processing past experiences and relationships which shape who we are and how we navigate the world.
