I'm here to support you in becoming radically you - who you've always been which may be stifled by society's conditioning.

Do you feel like your wildness has been buried? Like your conditioning and the patriarchy have left you listless and disconnected from yourself? Maybe you used to feel a lot more like you, more connected, more whole, more spiritual, and you aren't sure how to get back there. Together we unpack where you are and how you got there. At the same time, we tap into your own knowing, and we implement practical skills to support your homecoming.

I am a collaborative therapist. Together we surface what's ready to change. I introduce you to mindfulness practices and share tools that you can use in your day so that you can feel better. I support you in experiencing self-compassion along with nervous system regulation, so that you can learn ways to calm your body and your thoughts and be more present.

I work from a client-centered, anti-oppression framework. With my 15 years of clinical work and 15 years of spiritual training, I combine both in order to provide the best care for my clients. Please be in touch if you'd like to explore working together.
