About me

Life can be difficult when we feel emotionally stuck. We can struggle to connect with others. We can struggle to connect with ourselves. Sometimes we cope with self destructive behaviors, sometimes we struggle to cope at all. Gaining insight into our patterns of behavior through therapy can be a useful tool. Making small adjustments can bring great results, and opening up a dialogue can create deeper connections.

I am committed to providing space for people to quiet the outside world so they may focus on caring for themselves and their relationships. I operate from a strengths based perspective to normalize and affirm my clients’ experience while fostering a collaborative environment for treatment planning. Depending on the specific needs of my client, my practice utilizes CBT, DBT and EMDR. My goals are your goals.

I come to The Well with a BA from Trinity College and an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy at Eastern Nazarene College. I have past experience in crisis where I provided resources and care for people during their most challenging times.

I am accepting new clients for both in person and virtual appointments. I provide care for clients age 14+ and rejoice in the many ways my clients form their identity through culture, sexuality, gender expression and spirituality.
