Aisha Tupiza, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Fort Worth, TX
Online & In-Person
About me
I work with adolescents (16-19), adults, couples, and families dealing with transition, low self-esteem, hopelessness or poor boundaries.
Feeling invalidated and frustrated? Have you felt misunderstood or worried about what others think of you? Or how about numb, shutdown, and disconnected from yourself? Sounds like you are having a human experience. I can relate. Feeling these separately or simultaneously, you are not alone. The body hears what the mind thinks. Breaking cycles and choosing to do things differently will be the best gift you will give yourself. This will be the most fulfilling journey of your life…choosing YOURSELF!
My name is Aisha Tupiza and counseling for me was a calling and not a “job”. I have a heart for people and their stories. My approach to therapy is gut-led and judgment free (because you’ve had enough of that), grace-full, and uniquely tailored to each person as we align, explore and process meaning and self-limiting beliefs that are disrupting your life’s story. I work with adults, couples, and families, where I take an eclectic hands-on approach to therapy where you are the main character, and I am your supportive cast member!
I hold a safe and therapeutic space where we will laugh, cry, tell hard truths, be challenged, and mend those broken pieces of yourself to become wholly you! You deserve to step out of the shadows and step into emotional freedom. Congratulations on showing up for yourself!
