I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in helping people heal from relational abuse and childhood trauma.

I offer a more structured approach than traditional talk therapy. Here's my process: 1) A assessment to know our starting point. 2) A comprehensive 90-minute intake session to dive deeper into your history & concerns 3) 2-3 Goals based on steps 1&2 4) 12-session cycles at 50-80 minutes per session to work deeply on your healing and take action in your life.
