About me
I am a Master's level clinician dedicated to meeting you where you are and helping you navigate life's challenges with compassion and clarity.
Hi there! I'm Zyaire, and I am a master's-level clinician who earned my Counseling Psychology degree in 2021, and am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology to further expand my knowledge and clinical skillset. For the last decade, I have worked in the field of mental health across a range of settings--including private practice, inpatient/outpatient, and correctional environments--gaining a deep appreciation for the complexity and resilience of the human experience.
I work primarily with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, and other mood and behavioral concerns. My ideal clients are those who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, but are ready to explore new ways of thinking and being. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from various evidence-based models--including CBT, ACT, DBT, and Existential--to meet my clients unique needs. This flexibility allows me to tailor the therapeutic process to align with client goals, personality, and pace, ensuring that our work together can uncover the patterns that keep them from living fully, develop necessary tools for growth, find emotional balance, and feels both meaningful yet practical.
At the core of my practice is a belief that healing stems from authenticity, connection, and self-awareness. I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors openly, build on their strengths, and rediscover their capacity for change. My goal is to help clients not only manage symptoms, but also cultivate a deeper sense of purpose and self-compassion.
Together we can turn insight into action and healing into growth. Im ready when you are!
