About me
Thoughtful, collaborative psychiatric care for adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life’s complex transitions.
Reaching out for mental health support can feel vulnerable, especially if you have been carrying things on your own for a long time. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who are used to managing everything themselves, but anxiety, depression, burnout, attention difficulties, or past experiences have started to feel overwhelming.
My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported while we work together to understand what is going on and what might help.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Doctor of Nursing Practice graduate from Seattle University. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults and adolescents. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative. Rather than rushing through symptoms, I take time to understand the full context of your life, your history, strengths, stressors, and goals.
Treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy, practical coping strategies, and lifestyle approaches that support mental well-being. When medication is part of the plan, we discuss options carefully and make decisions together.
I commonly work with individuals experiencing:
• Anxiety and chronic stress
• Depression and mood disorders
• ADHD and attention difficulties
• Trauma and PTSD
• OCD and intrusive thoughts
• Life transitions, burnout, and relationship stress
Many of my clients are professionals, students, parents, or caregivers who are trying to keep up with demanding lives while quietly struggling on the inside. Others are seeking clarity around long-standing patterns that they want to understand and change.
My style is calm, curious, and collaborative. I believe mental health care works best when it feels like a thoughtful conversation rather than a checklist. Together we will explore what is contributing to your current challenges and develop a treatment plan that supports real and lasting change.
Seeking support is a meaningful step, and you do not have to figure everything out alone. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.
