About me
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, relational challenges, burnout, identity exploration, and emotional healing. My work is grounded in compassion, clarity, and empowerment, helping clients build resilience while reconnecting with their authentic selves.
Zolita Brown, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, facilitator, and mental health leader with over two decades of experience in Health and Human Services. She specializes in supporting high-achieving professionals, caregivers, and BIPOC individuals navigating burnout, resentment, identity fatigue, and complex relational dynamics. As the founder of Phoenix Interventions, Zolita offers affirming, strengths-based therapy rooted in cultural humility, accountability, and healing. Her approach helps clients move beyond survival and into intentional, values-aligned living.
Phoenix Interventions is a counseling practice dedicated to supporting individuals and families who are navigating burnout, life transitions, relational stress, and emotional overwhelm—often while carrying significant professional, family, or caregiving responsibilities. We specialize in working with high-achieving adults and BIPOC clients who are seeking therapy that honors both their lived experiences and their desire for growth, clarity, and balance.
Our approach is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. Therapy at Phoenix Interventions is collaborative and intentional, blending practical strategies with deeper exploration to help clients reconnect with themselves, set healthier boundaries, and move from survival mode into sustainable well-being. We create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported—without pressure to over-explain their identity or experiences.
Phoenix Interventions is well-suited for clients who value thoughtful conversation, accountability, and real-world application. Whether you are managing stress, navigating relationship challenges, questioning your next chapter, or seeking a space to process long-held expectations and responsibilities, our work together is focused on helping you heal, build resilience, and live in alignment with your values.
