About me
My mission is to assist girls and women in discovering self-purpose, increasing self-worth, and enriching self-love, thus facilitating them in being the best version of themselves.
Welcome, I am so happy to have you here! You may have ended up here because your child is constantly on edge. You've read countless articles and books, yet, your frustrations continue to grow as your child's challenges perisist.
Or perphaps you are a young woman struggling to manage the responsibilities of life while battling insecurity, anxious thoughts that won’t stop, and feelings of depression that are preventing you from living your best life.
I’m here to help my clients work through insecurities, anger issues, anxieties, and dark times. My goal is to provide a safe space for my clients to process, heal, and evolve into the best version of themselves. The most important thing I want you to know is that it gets better from here.
My ideal clients are female children and young women ages 6-19. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat depression, anxiety, anger issues, self-esteem issues, women's issues, behavioral issues, and more. Helping my clients find their voice and their light is the absolute best part of what I do! I am excited to start working with you and your family!
