About me
With over 18 years of experience across various mental health settings, my therapeutic approach integrates multiple methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Positive Psychology. This allows me to tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client.
I want to create a space of trust and safety to support you through any challenges you may be facing. Some of the issues I have worked with include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, conflict resolution, grief, infidelity, domestic abuse, and trauma. My goal is to help you achieve your goals regarding the challenges you would like to overcome.
I believe one of the most important aspects of therapy is the relationship between the counselor and client. Sharing intimate details of your life with a stranger can be intimidating, so I want to make sure I respect your space. I want you to feel comfortable and know that the space you share with me is a safe one.
