About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kentucky, practicing since 2021. My expertise includes supporting clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, grief, loss, anger management, concentration, memory, and overall coping skills. I also have experience in focus-based work and clinical assessment. I strive to create an open, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported in exploring their thoughts and emotions.
In addition to my professional training, I also practice African traditional spirituality, which shapes my holistic perspective on healing and resilience. I believe that taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and balanced life takes courage, and I am here to walk alongside you on that journey.
