About me
When life feels overwhelming, it can be hard to see a way forward.
There are times when many of us feel we could benefit from emotional support and although making that first step to see a counsellor can seem daunting, but taking the initial step requires huge courage and is often the hardest part.
Counselling could make the difference between ‘continuing to struggle and suffer in silence’ or ‘developing inner strength and the self-belief’ needed to bring about real change.
Hello! I'm Nisa, a BACP registered and accredited Psychodynamic Counsellor, and an experienced Bereavement Counsellor trained by Cruse Bereavement Care.
I work with clients who present with a range of concerns such as anxiety, low mood, depression, relationship issues, childhood experiences, low self-esteem, grief, bereavement, addiction, narcissistic injuries, OCD, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, victims of crime and trauma addressed collaboratively in a confidential and non-judgemental setting, with support provided to improve well-being.
We all struggle at different points in our life, and feeling heard and understood is a good starting point..
When you are ready, I am here as finding the right person to share your painful experiences is an important step in your healing journey.
