About me

I am a clinician with vast experience who is excited to work with you to meet your goals. I am a very open and honest person, and my goal is to work with you so that you can flourish in your day-to-day life!

My approach
I use an eclectic mode of therapy that focuses on CBT and solution-focused skills. I am trained in TF-CBT and am currently working towards my certification in ADHD clinical services, integrative mental health, integrative sex and couples, as well as certified clinical trauma.

My focus
Clients can expect a client-focused approach to therapy. My goal is to leave you with a toolbox of mental health skills that you can use for any stage in life!

My communication style
I prioritize clear, open, and honest communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with you as an empathetic partner. If we're working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient.

My journey to mental healthcare
I work with any age group from 5 years old and up. I work with any population and have experience with ADHD, ODD, depression, and anxiety. I have spent most of my practice working with students in the school system and clients in the community setting.

My goals for you
We reach goals together. I see therapy as a partnership to set goals to reach a better life for you. We can change your goals along the way to best fit your needs as you gain stability in your life.

My first session with you
During our first session, we will discuss confidentiality and therapeutic processes as well as spend time developing the therapeutic relationship. This is the time spent gathering background on the client as a whole and building rapport with each other to determine the right fit for counselling.
