Mental health counselor skilled in working with adults and teens on depression, anxiety, trauma, and communication issues.
Entering therapy can be a difficult and confusing challenge. With so many different types of therapies and therapists to choose from, it can be an overwhelming experience. I have trained to utilize a number of different approaches that can help a wide range of individuals and issues. I work collaboratively with clients to use the best approaches and techniques that can help them get back to living the lives they deserve. We will work together to establish the goals that you want to achieve and I will help guide you through the ways we will achieve these goals together.
I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems. While not an exhaustive list, this will give you an idea of some of the various methods I will pull from during our time together.
