About me
I have 30 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have 2 degrees in Psychology and am also a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I am dedicated to helping individuals cope with life more successfully.
With time we can develop a therapeutic relationship that is based on trust. I strive to provide an understanding and supportive environment where you feel comfortable and secure. I offer an eclectic style of therapy, where I pull from many theories and treatment styles in order to make your experience unique and well suited to your needs.
I provide services with an open and empathetic mind. I work with teens and adults. Therapy is a partnership between a client and therapist. Together we can find the most beneficial path for your recovery.
I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, stress, career changes, mood disorders, religous trauma and gender dysphoria. I help those who are LGBTQIA+ and straight. I work those who are having issues at school or work. I am accepting clients via telemental health. I take some insurance.
