I help individuals to create change in their lives to improve their every day experience of life.
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, executive functioning, anger, life stage transitions, etc. I work with couples who are struggling with communication, parenting or co-parenting, trust issues, infidelity. I also work with families on communication styles, family conflict, or boundary setting.
I strive for each of our clients to have a space where they can be seen, heard, and valued. I do not subscribe to any specific modality; instead, I offer a personalized approach to therapy for each individual, couple, or family. Our hope is to help you understand patterns of behavior, thoughts, and emotional reactions in order to create a lasting change.
