Hi! I’m Yvon, your self-compassion advocate and joy-centered life guide! I support you on your mental wellness journey through constructive accountability void of shame and negative judgment. My personal journey to self-compassion and joy has been an amazing rollercoaster (AND I do NOT like rollercoasters!!) that I believe I should share my learnings and professional training to help others. Every individual should see themselves as a whole being and not just as the roles that they hold in life situations (i.e., parent, spouse, employee, etc.) With this in mind, I encourage each client (including couples and families) to embrace all of who they are to release the idea that their worth, purpose and identity is conditional. We all deserve to look in the “mirror” and see a beautiful reflection of self.

I understand that healing isn’t just cognitive; it lives in the breath, the pauses, the posture, and the energy between words. As my clients will agree, I’m not afraid to be expressive, present, and fully human with you. That might mean laughter, movement, intentional silence, or gently acknowledging how your eyes wonder and body tenses when speaking about shame or self-doubt. I invite clients to experience every session without a script. I encourage presence and the opportunity to practice new skills in real time.
