About me
Yvette is passionate about helping individuals from diverse cultures heal from the effects of traumatic family dynamics or deeply challenging romantic relationships. If you’ve lost yourself while trying to hold it together, you’re not alone, and it’s not the end of your story.
Drawing on neuroscience, psychology, and therapeutic modalities, she empowers clients to rewire limiting beliefs, rebuild confidence, and lead life from a place of purpose, not pain. She believes therapy is not only about healing but also about discovering new possibilities, and she infuses the process with empathy and authenticity.
In addition to her clinical training, Yvette holds an MBA in leadership and multiple certifications in applied neuroscience, health, and relationships. She brings over 20 years of experience in customer success and a decade in life coaching. As a former Chief Strategy Officer, she collaborated on a patented relationship theory that decodes and enriches human connection, an approach that helps couples overcome challenges that erode connection and empowers singles to break free from repetitive patterns and build meaningful relationships for the future.
