About me
I am an experienced, humanistic therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges while building insight, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.
With over 10 years of experience, I support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is humanistic, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when clients feel understood, respected, and actively involved in the process. Together, we build insight, identify patterns, and create meaningful, achievable goals that align with your values.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as my primary framework, integrating psychoeducation, psychodynamic insight, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) principles. This integrative approach allows us to not only address immediate symptoms, but also understand the deeper emotional experiences and relational dynamics that shape them.
I help individuals increase their sense of control over anxiety and reduce the intensity of overwhelming thoughts and physical symptoms. For clients with ADHD, I focus on strengthening executive functioning skills, improving focus, managing procrastination, and developing practical systems that support follow-through and confidence. I also work with self-esteem concerns and difficulties with emotional expression, helping clients build self-understanding, self-acceptance, and healthier coping strategies.
In my work with couples, I help partners reconnect, improve communication, and navigate differences with greater empathy and clarity. My goal is to create a structured yet supportive space where both partners feel heard and equipped with tools to strengthen their connection.
Therapy with me is active and goal-oriented while remaining compassionate and flexible. I strive to empower clients with the insight, skills, and confidence they need to create lasting change and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
