About me
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing services in Florida and Utah. I'm bilingual English- Spanish, I'm EMDR and Hypnotherapy trained. I enjoy helping adults who may be struggling with the aftermath of trauma or with the challenges of adapting during life transitions.
I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse or trauma. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. My primary clinical approaches are EMDR, DBT, CBT, MI and Hypnotherapy.
As a therapist, I help you interpret the messages your body is sending you. I help you understand what is happening to you, so you can deal with the unresolved trauma that is weighing you down. I will encourage and keep you focused on your personal goals and guide you through a journey of self discovery and change.
