About me
I am a Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor in Massachusetts. I bring 20+ years of experience in the field of addiction & behavioral health management, peer support work and lived experience.
I am the owner of Breakthrough Addiction Counseling, where I provide telehealth-only outpatient therapy during evening and weekend hours to offer flexibility and accessibility for clients. I also offer a free 15‑minute consultation to help determine whether outpatient therapy is the right level of care for your needs at this time.
I accept Aetna, Optum, and Evernorth insurance plans, and I also offer a self‑pay option.
Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery and personal growth. My goal is to create a safe, non‑judgmental virtual space where you can openly explore your thoughts, challenges, and emotions related to addiction. Together, we will work to develop effective coping strategies and build a path toward meaningful, sustainable recovery.
At this time, I only accept client living in Massachusetts.
