About me
I’m a bilingual therapist passionate about helping first-generation, Latinx, and neurodivergent individuals heal from trauma, embrace their identity, and find balance through EMDR and mind-body healing practices.
As a bilingual trauma therapist, I help first-generation, Latinx, and neurodivergent individuals heal from trauma, reconnect with their authentic selves, and embrace their cultural and spiritual roots. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in both modern and holistic practices like EMDR, expressive arts, mindfulness, and play therapy.
Growing up as a neurodivergent, first-gen Latina, I understand what it’s like to feel caught between cultures or to carry the weight of expectations while trying to find your own path. In therapy, I offer a safe and collaborative space where healing feels less like a task and more like a journey back home to yourself.
Through Cardenales Healing Center, my mission is to provide inclusive and soul-centered care that honors mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity struggles, burnout, or past trauma, I’ll walk alongside you as you move toward self-trust, balance, and belonging.
