About me
Great to meet you! Beginning therapy can feel like a big step — and it’s worth acknowledging the courage it takes to start this journey. I've been practicing for 13 years and help clients navigate anxiety, self-doubt, and life changes with curiosity and compassion. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected—to yourself and the life you want to create. I’m guided by the belief that everyone holds the potential for growth, healing, and meaningful change. I draw on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and other evidence based therapies to help you recognize and shift patterns of thinking and acting that may be holding you back. My specialty areas include depression, anxiety, trauma and self-esteem concerns.
