About me
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), I am committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
My approach is eclectic, I draw from a wide range of therapeutic styles and modalities, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. While I incorporate many approaches, my work is primarily rooted in trauma-informed care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with additional tools from DBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-based practices.
I specialize in helping individuals who are navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and alcohol/substance use concerns using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, MI, Mindfulness and Trauma-Informed. Therapy with me is an active, collaborative process—together, we will develop personalized strategies that foster healing, growth, and resilience.
Clients can expect to leave each session with a renewed sense of clarity and empowerment. By focusing on your unique strengths, we will work together to create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals. Through our sessions, you will gain valuable insights that help you navigate challenges, build resilience, and unlock your full potential.
