About me
Hi there, my name is Marco Lee and I am a qualified counsellor registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have a great deal of experience working with numerous presenting issues, and use various approaches that include Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioural therapy for different attachment styles in relationship issues and Mindfulness to support my clients. My work is underpinned by humanistic core values of empathy and compassion. I believe everyone is unique and brings with them their own qualities and experiences. Many of my clients have reported that they feel so much more positive after our sessions, and that this consequently benefits their wellbeing.
Mental health and happiness are so important, and by committing to appropriate psychotherapy and counselling, you are investing in a better future for yourself and your loved ones. Our therapy sessions will offer you a safe environment to explore your thoughts, feelings, and difficulties in a secure and confidential setting. The nature of my counselling practice allows further personal growth and healing. You will develop confidence & self-value so that you can move on to deal with future problems as they arise.
