About me
Starting therapy can feel awkward or scary, especially if you’ve never done it before or you’re worried about being judged. I get that. My style is warm, conversational, and real. No jargon or pressure, just a space where you can talk honestly about what’s going on and not feel like you have to filter yourself. Many of my clients are people who tend to hold things in, help everyone else first, or feel like they should have it all together. If therapy has always seemed intimidating, my goal is to make it feel like a genuine conversation, not a cross-examination.
I have helped clients through a wide range of issues, but I specialize in working with people who feel they have nowhere else to talk; creative minds who love books/film/music and want to bring it into therapy; teenagers; people who struggle with anger; and people who want a therapist who feels like a real person not a wall.
My style is collaborative, curious, and relaxed. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you or forcing you into someone else’s idea of normal. It’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply, build practical tools, and reclaim parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside. If you feel we may be a good fit, email me to schedule a consult call.
