to me
Clients often come to my practice seeking support for PTSD, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, personality and mood disorders, as well as guidance through life transitions, emotional resilience, and culturally sensitive mental health care. I specialize in supporting adults, federal employees, military personnel and their families, and immigrants navigating life’s transitions and challenges.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Person-Centered techniques, and Trauma-Focused care. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move forward.
I understand that taking the first step toward support can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal and grow at your own pace.
