As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and parent coach, I provide a supportive, practical space where clients can better understand what they are experiencing, build effective tools, and make meaningful changes.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Nurturing Parenting Facilitator since 2018, I bring both clinical experience and parent-focused support to my work. I enjoy partnering with teenagers and young adults as they navigate anxiety, stress, identity, relationships, family conflict, school or career pressures, and life transitions.
My client-centered approach recognizes that you are the expert on your own life. I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where teens, young adults, and families can feel heard, strengthen communication, and build confidence in their ability to navigate change.
