About me

I work with teens and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain during periods of change, supporting them in navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions so they can feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves as they move forward.

Life transitions and periods of change can leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves even when things appear “fine” on the outside. I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and the emotional challenges that often arise during new roles, relationships, or stages of life.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. I strive to create a supportive space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and build confidence in your ability to move forward. I meet clients where they are and tailor our work to their unique needs and pace.
I draw from CBT, psychodynamic and relational therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and trauma-informed approaches within a person-centered, strengths-based framework. Together, we’ll clarify your goals; whether that’s reducing anxiety or depression, healing from past experiences, improving relationships, or developing a stronger sense of self.
