About me
My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel seen and free to be yourself. Together we will explore your story, honor your lived experience and work toward helping you live more authentically.
While many struggles are part of the shared human experience, no one else can know exactly what it's like to be you. I believe therapy begins with listening and understanding. I view therapy as a collaborative process and utilize an existential approach with a holistic multicultural framework. I aim to balance compassion and warmth with curiosity and gentle challenging. I value transparency and check in regularly to support your boundaries.
I tailor interventions, integrating different techniques to meet specific needs while prioritizing the recognition of unique identities and backgrounds. Our sessions may involve sitting with difficult emotions, but I also enjoy incorporating humor to lighten the load while we explore new insights and create meaning from your experiences.
