About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, I create a safe and supportive space where clients can build resilience, strengthen coping skills, heal from past experiences, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I am honored to walk alongside individuals as they navigate life's challenges and work toward healing and growth. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and goals at their own pace.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, grief and loss, and the lasting impact of domestic violence, sexual violence, and other traumatic experiences. I also work with individuals who find themselves constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs, helping them establish healthy boundaries, improve self-care, and reconnect with their sense of identity and purpose.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, mindfulness-based techniques, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered approaches. I believe that every client brings unique strengths, resilience, and wisdom to the therapeutic process, and together we can build on those strengths to create meaningful change.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, therapy can provide a space for reflection, healing, and growth. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, improve emotional well-being, and create healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered. No matter where you are in your journey, you do not have to navigate it alone. I look forward to supporting you as you work toward the life you want to create.
