About me
As a therapist specializing in trauma and attachment, I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while drawing from somatic, narrative, and existential frameworks. My approach is integrative and holistic, honoring the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
In our work, we’ll gently address core attachment wounds, support nervous system regulation, and process emotions in a way that feels safe and grounded. I also recognize that your experiences are shaped by your unique cultural and personal background, and I hold that context as an essential part of your healing process. I strive to offer a space that feels supportive, respectful, and collaborative. If this approach resonates with you, I welcome you to reach out to learn more or explore whether we might be a good fit.
