About me
Hello! I'm Wilna. I'm a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern and I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, newlyweds, postpartum clients, women, and young adults experience healing, personal growth, and stronger relationships. Originally from Haiti, I value the importance of culture, family, and community, and I strive to create a welcoming space where every client feels respected, heard, and understood. I believe the therapy room should be a place where you can laugh, cry, joke a little, and truly be yourself. You don't need to be perfect, and you don't have everything figured out, we'll navigate your journey together at a pace that feels right for you.
My therapeutic style is calm, easygoing, curious, straightforward, and relaxed. I strive to meet each client with authenticity, warmth, and genuine compassion. My goal is to provide a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to explore life's challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, cooking, going for runs, and crocheting.
