I offer a variety of Transpersonal Psychotherapies to support adult humans in accessing and strengthening relationship with their own sources of wisdom and gifts. My offerings are welcoming to those drawn to holistic and complimentary approaches that honor spiritual and intuitive dimensions as well as practical guidance to empower the individual to address current distresses. Above all, I seek to support the healing and alignment of both our human soul embodiment and the greater aspects of our evolving Self.

Seven decades of life have instilled a deep honoring and humble acknowledgment of the resiliency and healing power available within each human soul. I draw from and offer tools from Eastern, Western and Indigenous Wisdom traditions. Modalities are chosen to best support your needs, and goals with the priority of offering techniques and perspectives that honor individual culture, tradition and personal values. Respect and gentle challenge honors and nurtures each individuals' alignment with their own empowerment and sources of Authentic Wisdom. My background includes degrees in Counseling Psychology, Interdisciplinary Religious Studies, Interfaith Chaplaincy and personal study with elders of Buddhist, Hindu, Sufi, Native American, Contemplative Christian, Celtic, Hawai'ian Traditions. I have offered services in Public and Private Mental Health Agencies, Hospice, Community Education Programs and Non Profits.

In union with or separate from Psychotherapy Sessions, I also offer Spirit Medicines/Shamanic Ceremony for healing and empowerment. I am Certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy with primary focus as a certified facilitator for Soul Regression Sessions , and Between Lives Spirit Regression, and guided hypnotic journeys for specific healing support work. Energy/Subtle Medicines may also be integrated into our sessions. Mindful Self Compassion, Reflection, Awareness...are the foundation of all our work.

I often see my work as a kind of Midwifery...that my presence, compassionate awareness support my ability to be of wise service
to the individual who is seeking a new or renewal of life. While I cannot "birth"...I can support, guide, celebrate the power and courage to step into greater authenticity and integrity.
