About me
I am a curious and compassionate Counselor who is passionate about working with adults with trauma, and accompanying issues including eating disorders and codependency.
No matter how hard you try to move forward, it can feel like something keeps pulling you back. Anxiety, depression, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, or unhealthy coping patterns may continue showing up despite your efforts to create change. You may find yourself stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, overthinking, avoiding difficult emotions, shutting down, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Often, these struggles are rooted in trauma, painful relationships, chronic stress, or unmet emotional needs that continue to affect how you think, feel, and relate to the world around you.
I specialize in trauma and PTSD, and use EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients process painful experiences and break free from patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we will work toward greater healing, flexibility, and connection so you can move forward with confidence and purpose.
