About me
My areas of service are centered on working with individuals and couples. I specialize in attachment wound repairs, family of origin issues, grief, trauma, and processing difficult life challenges, among other areas.
It is imperative that I meet clients where they are at. I am consistently curious, willing to understand and come along-side people in their distress and often darkest moments. I specialize in helping people heal relational wounds, either in a couple dynamic or individually. I use Emotionally-focused therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy, Existential/Depth psychology. I am warm, compassionate, often funny, and I like to bring many aspects of life together in ways that can bring new ideas and options for those I serve. I value helping a person on their path to authenticity and wholeness.
