About me
I have extensive experience working with adults, children, and families in the management of a variety of experiences from anxiety, to depression, and many things in between.
I am confident in assisting you with any struggles you are currently undertaking. I will do my best to aid you in the management of experiences from anxiety & depression to social difficulty, and beyond. Through our therapeutic I will help you in developing tools you can use on your own, increase understanding and awareness of self, and to help you feel comfortable in your own skin.
Helping you in your ability to improve your quality of life and capability of being yourself is paramount. I provide a comfortable and safe environment for you to learn about yourself and grow at your own pace. I will challenge you to be true with yourself and invest in yourself. I use a wide variety of interventions, techniques, and theories in my practice.
I believe there is a very close link between mind, body, and emotion. Understanding how our emotions and experiences have the ability to alter the way we feel, and vice versa, is crucial to improved mental health. Some interventions or coping skills I like to employ involve mindfulness, perspective shifting, and the introduction of various coping strategies.
