About me
I am an experienced therapist with over 13 years in the behavioral health field, providing counseling services to teens and adults throughout North and South Carolina. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, substance use concerns, and other challenges that may impact daily life. My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and becoming the person you want to be.
Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself, feel heard without judgment, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
At ASE Counseling & Consulting, I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, and the everyday pressures that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I also enjoy working with professionals, helping professionals, and other mental health providers who may spend so much time caring for others that they sometimes forget to make space for themselves.
I bring more than a decade of experience in the behavioral health field across outpatient, hospital, crisis, residential, and community settings. My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and individualized. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy while incorporating humor, creativity, music, and genuine conversation when appropriate.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Whether you’re facing a difficult season, trying to understand yourself better, or simply ready for something in your life to change, we can start where you are.
At ASE, our philosophy is simple: **Empowered to Heal. Free to Become.**
