About me
I am a trauma-informed individual and couples therapist dedicated to serving those struggling with anxiety, identity, and relationships.
For as long as you can remember, you’ve been the one holding it all together: the responsible one, the one who doesn’t ask for help, the bridge between worlds. You’ve learned to navigate spaces that weren’t built with you in mind, while quietly wondering what it’s costing you. I know that feeling well. I spent years navigating high-intensity academic and corporate environments before becoming a therapist myself, staying the course while being pulled elsewhere. Therapy with me offers a chance to step back from the noise and listen to the voice underneath. Together, we’ll make room for a version of yourself that feels more whole.
When the overthinking takes over, turning inward like this can feel unfamiliar. But it's often where the clearest answers begin to take shape. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in relational-cultural & psychodynamic theory, with tools from ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) & DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) woven in as needed.
