I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Kansas.
Thank you for taking the time to consider me as you explore options for therapists. I am passionate about helping adults, teens, couples, and families navigate life challenges, while optimizing their resilience. Clients describe my style as compassionate and trustworthy. I draw from personal life and clinical experience to build a therapeutic framework that fits your needs. I hold training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Narrative Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), as well as Trauma informed therapies.
