Someone in long term recovery experienced in substance use disorder recovery, trauma, depression anxiety with experience in all kinds of mental health and co-occurring disorders
I am a very person centered therapist. That means I want to work on what you want to work on. I also tell every client I work with I don't have the answers for you. I believe you have the answers and it's my job to help you get to them. I offer both in person and online options and work with a sliding scale payment system as I do not let the inability to pay get in the way of someone getting the help they want.
