About me
I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. With experience working with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, family dynamics, career transitions, ADHD, and ODD, I bring both clinical skill and genuine compassion to my work.
Although I work with individuals across the lifespan, I specialize in supporting children and adolescents. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves, exploring their concerns at their own pace, building insight, and developing the skills they need to move toward meaningful change.
My therapeutic approach is individualized and draws from evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), bibliotherapy, mindfulness, and goal-setting strategies. Together, we identify practical tools and meaningful goals that support emotional well-being, healthier relationships, improved coping skills, and greater confidence.
Whether you or your child is navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, family conflict, career uncertainty, ADHD, ODD, or other life challenges, therapy can provide a supportive space to feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I’m proud of you for being here. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
