I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages, dedicating myself to your best interest and a nonjudgmental space, where you will receive genuine support and gentle guidance. Informed by my education and training, I tailor my approach to each client. I have diverse professional experience working with various degrees and forms of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, life transitions, self harm, autism, trauma, etc.
