Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker, I have been in practice for 15+ years! I specialize in depression, anxiety, and faith crisis.

I would love to share with you my many years of work experience, education, as well as life experience! I love life and believe in living it to the fullest every day, and I hope to help you find that as well. I am passionate about my work, understanding that life can be challenging, especially when there has been substantial trauma. I strongly believe in the power of change, and believe anyone can improve their quality of life! I am one that practices what she preaches, if I recommend it to you, you can count on that I am doing the same!

Some of my favorite approaches are cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, specifically mindfulness! I also utilize strengths perspective, positive psychology, person centered approach, as well as cognitive processing therapy.

Over the years, I have also offered life coaching services, focusing on the OSKAR coaching model.

My aspiration is to help people “flourish”, hence that is why I chose Flourish Counseling Services for my business name. 😊

After experiencing several traumas and difficult life experiences, I went back to school somewhat later in life to become a therapist. It allowed me to specifically learn how to heal from my past traumas so that I could help others. I feel this has helped me to connect and resonate with my clients.
