About me
I work with couples, families, people who are experiencing distress from relationship issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, etc. I am an approachable, warm, person who will help you feel comfortable with the therapeutic process.
I use a pragmatic approach to therapy. I use elements of cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment theory, supportive reflection, and motivational interviewing. I am a Christian and can provide counseling from that perspective, but am also able to provide secular counseling.
